ISA Registration

Each group must have one Primary Adult Leader who registers the group, serves as the main contact for all group communication, makes sure all registration materials and forms are collected, and coordinates payment.

The Primary Adult Leader completes the group application and pays the deposit by check (preferred) or credit card.

Step 1: Call Us

Once you’ve decided on a specific Idaho Servant Adventure, contact us to see if there are openings for your desired week. We can answer questions and discuss other week options with you, too.

Email: idahoservantadventures@lutherhaven.com
Phone: 208-667-3459

Step 2: Register Your Group

Fill out the Group Registration and pay a $75 deposit per participant to reserve your week. Pay by check (preferred) or credit card.

Deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another participant.

Step 3: Register Your Participants

When you register your group, you will receive a confirmation email from us with instructions and links to register each of your group’s youth and adult participants.

Step 4: Optional Horseback Trail Riding

If anyone in your group would like to participate in a horseback trail ride, they will need an Equine Liability Release. The form must be brought to camp completed and signed by the legal parent or guardian and the participant. Trail rides cost $20, payable at your event.

Step 5: Voluntary Disclosure Statements

We require a voluntary disclosure statement from all participants 18 and over attending with your group.

Important: Your church must complete additional levels of state and federal criminal and sex offender background checks for all participants 18 and older, following the regulations of your state and policies of your congregation. Contact us with questions.

Print and bring a completed voluntary disclosure statement for every participant 18 and older in your group.

Print, fill and sign; OR fill-in on your computer, print and sign.

Find additional important documents here for things like packing lists, information sheets, and schedules.

As a leader, I was incredibly happy. God used our time at Idaho Servant Adventures to do all (and more!) I had hoped and prayed for in our group. The Holy Spirit really moved among us. We will be seeing the fruit from this week for a long time, and we plan to be back!
