Outreach Coordinator

The Outreach Coordinator is integral to the Lutherhaven team as the ministry moves forward into a new programs and facilities era for our camps. The successful candidate is responsible for the ministry’s overall outreach to churches and volunteers, establishing and nurturing partnerships with local, regional, and national congregations so that Lutherhaven Ministries continues to positively impact children, youth, adults, and families through its Christian camping and retreat programming.

The Outreach Coordinator also oversees Lutherhaven’s Volunteer Program, from volunteer recruitment, training, and retention to managing the volunteer database and volunteer appreciation events. The coordinator serves as a volunteer project lead, and works with ministry staff in variety of tasks ranging from congregation and volunteer curriculum support, to marketing, to volunteer database management, and assisting with the development of new congregational and volunteer programs.

This part-time position is funded by a grant from the MJ Murdock Charitable Trust, 20 to 30 hours per week (PTNE), with work time split between Camp Lutherhaven and home.

Marketing & Development Administrator

The Marketing & Development Assistant is integral to the Lutherhaven team as the ministry moves forward into a new programs and facilities era for our camps. The successful candidate provides exceptional development and marketing administrative support and fundraising event planning, support, and implementation. The position requires a self-starter with adept communication and project management skills, bringing a passion for Lutherhaven and Christian camping and retreat ministry, with talents relevant to fundraising and group promotions and sales.

This part-time position is funded by a grant from the MJ Murdock Charitable Trust, 20 to 30 hours per week (PTNE), with work time split between Camp Lutherhaven and home.
