Reconnect, reminisce, and rejoice at Camp Lutherhaven’s Staff Alumni Family Fun Weekend! This exciting event invites former staff members to return for a weekend spent enjoying all of your favorite camp activities and catching up with old (and new) friends!
Can only come out to a campfire one evening? Or just for the day on Saturday? We’d love to see you! Email Cassie to make a plan!
This weekend is free for Staff Alumni, but an RSVP is required. Additional costs apply for friends and family members. Lodging, meals, and programming provided!

Optional: You may bring your boat or jet ski to use from Lutherhaven’s waterfront! (Public launch just around the bay.)

Costs & Lodging
This weekend is free for Staff Alumni! Costs below pertain to families and guests of alumni. RSVP required so we can save you a seat and a meal!
Pricing includes overnight accommodations on Lake Coeur d’Alene, fabulous meals and snacks, activities, and programming. You will receive lodging assignments upon arrival based on what you registered for (cabins, yurts, tent or RV sites). All cabin lodging assignments are made with the best stewardship of camp’s resources in mind. Bathrooms are located inside cabin spaces, and are a short walk for yurts, tent, and RV sites.
Individual Meals Only: $15 per person, per meal (Alumni are free, but RSVP is required!)

Camp cabins:
- $285 per Adult or Teen
- $185 per Youth age 4–12
- Children under 4 are free
Yurts (sleeps 10) – 2 available: If you want one, talk to the Registrar!

Tent camping:

Register up to 7 days prior to the event. If you would like a tent, RV, or yurt space, please select “pay by check” during registration and our registrar will send you an invoice for those options.
