Manage Current Summer Registrations
You have 4 options for your summer registration deposit:
Donate and receive a tax-deductible receipt.
Transfer to Lutherhaven’s summer 2021 pre-registration list at the 2020 camp rate. This does not commit or register you for summer camp 2021, but allows you first priority for summer 2021 camp dates. Transferring your registration saves Lutherhaven Ministries the additional cost of registration fees.
Leave payment on your account for any future event.
Cancel your registration and receive a full refund.
Please use the following forms to let us know how you want your 2020 registration handled.
We will begin processing your requests on May 20th.

What happens to my summer camp registration if I do not fill out the form?
The form is the best way to either transfer your registration to next summer; leave payments on your account as a credit for any future event; donate all or part of your payment and receive a tax-deductible receipt; or cancel your registration for a full refund.
If we do not receive your form by June 1, a member of the Lutherhaven Registration Team will contact you via phone or email after that date to inquire about the best option for your family regarding your registration(s). If we have not heard back or cannot contact you by June 30, we will cancel your registration and refund your payment, less your deposit.
I had a campership or pricing discount for my summer 2020 registration. Can it be rolled over to Summer 2021?
If you roll over your current registration to next summer, we will transfer your approved Lutherhaven campership to summer 2021. If you are canceling your registration, you will need to reapply for a campership in 2021. If you received a pricing discount, you will also need to reapply for that in 2021. Receiving a campership from a church or outside organization? You must request this again next year from that church or organization.
What if I registered my child/camper through a church group or outside organization?
We will communicate with your youth pastor or group leader and will be in touch with you regarding options.
Will you honor the 2020 camper rate if I roll my registration over to summer 2021 now?
Yes, we will lock all transferred camper registrations at the 2020 rate, and you will be given first priority for 2021 camp programs.
What if I have a wait-listed registration?
We encourage you to transfer your currently wait-listed registration to our summer 2021 pre-registration list, at the 2020 camp rate. This does not commit nor officially register you for summer camp 2021, but gives you first priority for summer 2021 camp dates. Use the Wait-list Form to choose the best option for your camper.
Will Lutherhaven Ministries be running any programs this summer?
Camp will open! The Lutherhaven Board of Directors and the Lutherhaven Ministries staff are developing plans to open camp beginning July 1 for fun, safe, programmed day and overnight camping opportunities for families and for groups of all ages from regional churches. All three Lutherhaven Ministries locations–Camp Lutherhaven, Shoshone Mountain Retreat, and McPherson Meadows–will have opportunities.
How can I stay updated with what is happening at Lutherhaven?
Can we come and walk around camp this summer?
Yes! We’d love to have you come and walk around. Please sign in at the office. We will have one designated public restroom after June 30; all other camp buildings remain closed. Camp will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Coming with a group of 8 or more? Please email email@example.com or call 208.667.3459
Will there be Sunday Worship?

What about the Dedication of the new Shoshone Mountain Retreat Chow House?
Dedication of this beautiful, signature building is still slated for July 11, 2020. Come up the river, enjoy a day at this magnificent camp. Lunch is planned; details coming soon.
What is camp doing to keep families, kids, and guests healthy and safe?
Our staff leadership is working closely with our Health Care Team to develop health and safety protocols for this summer, in line with guidance from the CDC and our regional health district. This will be updated on our website by June 30.
Is my summer rental group still able to come to camp?
Yes! Camp Lutherhaven, Shoshone Mountain Retreat, and McPherson Meadows are open and available for youth, adult, and family rental groups, during the week and on weekends. We have detailed, CDC-guided protocols coming soon to keep your group healthy and safe. Visit www.lutherhaven.com or contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 208.667.3459 x 110 for more information.

Our highest priority is to care for the health and safety of our guests, staff, and communities. Contact email@example.com or call 208.667.3459 x 110 with questions.
