Private & Christian School Programs ~
No child left inside!
“Quality outdoor learning experiences for students, teaching a greater awareness of and appreciation for the natural world and each other.”
Searching for a faith-partner who supports your goals for education and spirituality? Search no more! Lutherhaven Ministries is passionately dedicated to sharing the Christian faith in and through the beauty and wonder of God's creation!
We are also passionate about finding common ground with your group, joining you on the journey of character- and values-formation with your students. When you contract an Outdoor Education Session with Lutherhaven Ministries, you step into a partnership with leaders and teacher/naturalists who weave spiritual lessons and personal stories through the entire program.
During campfires, this integration of faith and learning continues when teacher/naturalists share from their own experiences. Students are challenged to grow in their relationship with Christ.
And there’s more! With engaging, hands-on sessions and knowledgeable instructors, you’d better believe students walk away from an Outdoor Education experience with us understanding our environment better. And still more! They’re equipped with skills in communication, group dynamics, math, science, and goal-setting.
How does all this happen in a two or three-day session? We believe it takes more than a great site on a lake or river (even though we’ve got both!) It’s about caring and skilled instructors connecting with students where they are, challenging each one to reach his or her potential.
Check out the brief descriptions below, or contact us to book your Outdoor Education session (includes tailor-made group-building). Join us in pursuing our goal of No Child Left Inside!
