Swimming, crafts, hikes, singing, and activities specially tailored to your child’s needs. Campers are mainstreamed as much as possible but receive the extra space and assistance required for a great summer camp experience!  Champ Campers are cared for by college-aged staff and paired with young adults from around the country--our Idaho Servant Adventures team--increasing our camper-to-adult ratio.

Limited space is available for Champ Campers during these camp weeks, so register early!  Campers are paired with a counselor and mainstreamed as much or as little as needed, according to your child’s needs.

Excited about camp, but unsure about a whole week? This is the camp for you!
Give camp a try for 3 days and 2 nights, experiencing all camp has to offer.

Adults have the opportunity to attend with their camper and volunteer behind the scenes.  Adult volunteers have separate housing from their campers, while still interacting with them throughout the day during campfires, swim time, trading post, and other camp activities.  Adults can meet the staff, get to know Lutherhaven, and be part of the 66 year camp legacy!

Adults must register separately.  As volunteers, adults will serve behind the scenes in our Trading Post, kitchen and dining rooms, and various other areas around camp. It's a great way for parents to see and experience all that goes on at camp, while still giving your camper the gift of an independent, faith building, summer camp session!

Mini-Camp OPTION:  Need to drop your camper off early on Wednesday July 25th?  Optional early 8:00 am pre-work arrival time option available for Wednesday campers.  Drop your campers off either at 8am or 11am.  You choose the time that works best for your family’s schedule!

Special Notes:
  • Limited space is available during all Champ Camp sessions due to our unique staffing structure and 1-on-1 care. Register Early!
  • Champ Campers must be able to walk unassisted on uneven terrain and be able to toilet independently, or may attend with a personal care attendant, parent, or guardian. Parents, guardians, and personal caregivers are invited and encouraged to attend any Champ Camp with their camper for no additional charge.

     "Jeremy had a blast at Lutherhaven - all the camp staff raved about Jeremy and how well behaved he was and willing to do whatever they asked of him - it was very nice to hear!!!  He's ready to go again next year so I'm sure we can make that happen - it was beautiful there and the closing program was fun.  They did a dinner for the families and did a slide show of the kids over the three days and spoke a little about the program and had the kids come up and do a couple of "camp" songs.  I was very impressed with the two young men that were Jeremy's camp buddies.  They were very kind and Jeremy would walk off with them with his arms around their necks as a trio - it was great to see.  And there were all kinds of hugging going on when we left.  It was the Cadillac of camps - kind of like Upwards is for the basketball experience.

    The True Cost of Camp and Our Tiered Pricing Structure

            Lutherhaven Ministries believes all campers should have the opportunity to attend camp. We know camp families have differing abilities to pay, so we’re offering a voluntary reduced tiered pricing program to better meet all financial needs.  Based on your feedback, we have created a three tiered system allowing campers to self-select the rate that works best for your family's situation.  
            Choose the cost you can afford! Reduced pricing doesn’t affect the quality of the camp experience a child receives; it simply shows you the true cost of a Lutherhaven program and gives families the ability to decide how much they can afford toward camp. The level you choose is up to you. Please consider selecting the highest price your family can afford; this way you’re paying the true cost of camp…and helping other kids learn about Jesus in the midst of God’s creation!
    On each camp’s description page you will find three different camp prices.

    Rate A:      This rate most accurately reflects the “true cost” of your child attending camp.  
    Rate B: This rate is slightly subsidized to help families that need a little extra support to make camp affordable for them.  
    Rate C:  This rate is a subsidized rate; This price is subsidized through fundraising, special events, and sustaining contributions from camp supporters.
