Lutherhaven Ministries would not be where it is today without the faithful gifts of time and talent of 66 years of supporters like you! The camps were built through the efforts of literally thousands of devoted volunteers of every age!Volunteers are always needed—all year long—to help make Camp Lutherhaven and Shoshone Base Camp operate successfully.
There's always plenty to do around camp, from day to day upkeep to special projects! Come by yourself, as a family, a youth or adult group, a Scout troop, or entire congregation and spend a day, weekend, week or longer helping out at Camp Lutherhaven or Shoshone Base Camp!
Contact us for details about volunteering yourself or your group anytime during the year, for any length of time! We often can provide volunteers with lodging or RV space (with hook-ups) and meals, when available.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Summer Resource Staff
For Pastors, Grandparents, Youth Workers, Parents, and other Adult Volunteers (age 18 and older)Each summer week a volunteer corps of 5-10 adults helps with everything from creative programming to light construction to kitchen work to providing extra care for needy campers!
RV Corps
Retirees, older adults or others with a bit more time on their hands adults use their gifts serving God in fabulous camp and retreat settings!Utilize Lutherhaven's or Shoshone's beautifully situated, full-service RV sites as your home away from home for anywhere from a weekend to a week to six months.
