In the past decade alone Lutherhaven has received more than $500,000 in grant dollars from Thrivent and the Thrivent Foundation, including

  • $75,000 for six new camper cabins
  • $75,000 from the Thrivent Youth Leadership Initiative
  • $100,000 from Thrivent's Charitable Gifting Initiative
  • $150,000 to launch the fundraising to purchase Shoshone Base Camp
  • $75,000 to start up our new Idaho Servant Adventures
  • Thrivent even donated $25,000 for Lutherhaven campers to build a Habitat for Humanity house on the basketball court at camp! The house was later moved and set up for a family in Pinehurst, Idaho!
  • Annual financial support from regional Thrivent Chapters in support of special projects and fundraisers


That doesn't include the tens of thousands of dollars we've received each year through Thrivent Choice!
