Camp Registration Information

How to Register Online

Create a user-name, password and user profile through our online registration system. You can leave the online registration process any time and, when you log back in, any information you’ve entered (yours or your camper’s) is there to review, change, continue, or sign up for something else. You’ll see only the sessions you or your camper are eligible to register for.

Earlybird Registration

Register & pay in full by March 31 and receive a $20 Trading Post credit. This will not be reflected on your account right away, but will show up two weeks later.

Health and Release Forms

Camper Health Forms and Liability Releases are now included online. Complete them when you register or come back and complete them when it’s more convenient. These forms are required and are due at least two weeks prior to your camper’s arrival. Fill out forms once and simply update them as needed year after year.

Confirmation Email

Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation email. Do not delete emails from us as they contain valuable information and reminders about your registration or program.

Trading Post Info (Camp Store)

The Trading Post is Lutherhaven’s camp store. It is open daily during Cabin Time (2-3 hours) and has a variety of candy and beverage options as well as t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, critters, water bottles and other merchandise for sale. Deposit your camper’s funds into their Trading Post (Store) account to keep their funds safe and conveniently accessible during their camp week.

Trading Post money may be added during online registration. Click, Manage Registration, click on your camper’s registration and click Store Account. Trading post money will not be collected on Sunday check-in.

The Trading Post will also be open to parents on the first and last day of camp. That is a great time to purchase t-shirts, sweatshirts, or camp water bottles. Excess Trading Post funds at the end of the week are donated to the Lutherhaven Campership Fund; leftover funds can be returned, if requested. Note: We do not refund amounts under $5.

Average trading post prices:

  • Snack or drink: $.50-2.00
  • T-shirt: $12-15
  • Sweatshirt: $25-40
  • Water bottle: $10
  • Souvenirs: $1-10

Campers may buy one food and one drink item per day. There are no emergency items at the Trading Post, such as toothbrushes, sunscreen or bug repellent, so please pack accordingly.

Cabin-Mate Requests

Our cabins house 8-9 campers. To request a cabin mate, you will need the email address of the child’s parent on the account.

  • Cabin mate requests must be sent and accepted within your registration account. It is the parent’s responsibility to communicate with other parents about mutual requests.
  • Campers must be in the same age group to be approved.
  • Your camper will be notified of their cabin assignment upon Opening Day Check-In.
